Girr û Gallî Mindallanî Kurd

Kurdish: Ji bo ku zarokek bibe mirovekî serkeftî û xwedî wijdan û xwedî exlaqeke paqij, divê bixwîne û bizanibe ku dê çi bixwîne. Ji bo ku bizanibe dê çi bixwîne, divê bibe xwedî estetîkek û bikaribe muhakeme bike û bifikire. Ji bo ku bibe xwedî estetîkek û bikaribe şiyana muhakemeyê bi dest bixe, divê berhemên edebî yên ji her alîve serkeftî bixwîne. Ji bo ku van berhemên serkeftî bixwîne, divê, rêber û mezinên wî û heke hebe civat, milet, welat û dewleta wî helbet nivîskarên welatê wîmil bidin hev û ji bo wî his lazim be, amade bikin û pêşkeşî wî bikin. Li gor vê rastiyê, di vê xebatê de ji aliyê çapemenî û medyayê ve ji bo zarokên Kurd çi hatibe kirin, weku bîbliyografiyayek hatiye dayîn. Haar wiha yekem kovara zarokan a Kurdî ku bi navê « Girr û Galli Mindallanî Kurd » bi zaravayê Soranî derçûye, hatiye kurmancîzekirin û digel nusxeyên xwe yên orjînal hatiye weşandin.

English: For a child to grow into a successful person with a strong conscience and sound moral values, they must read—and they must know what to read. To understand what to read, a child needs to develop a sense of aesthetics and the ability to reason and think critically. To acquire such an aesthetic awareness and develop sound judgment, they must read literary works of high quality in every respect. And for children to have access to such works, their guides and elders—as well as, where applicable, their community, nation, country, and state—must bring together the writers of their homeland and prepare and present the literature that children need.

Based on this understanding, this work provides a bibliography documenting what has been produced for Kurdish children in the fields of publishing and media. In addition, the first Kurdish children’s magazine, “Girr û Galli Mindallanî Kurd,” originally published in the Sorani dialect, has been adapted into Kurmanji and is presented alongside reproductions of its original issues.

لكي ينشأ الطفل إنساناً ناجحاً يتمتع بالضمير والأخلاق الحميدة، لا بدّ له من القراءة، وأن يعرف ما الذي ينبغي له أن يقرأه. ولكي يعرف ماذا يقرأ، ينبغي أن يطوّر حساً جمالياً وقدرةً على التفكير والمحاكمة النقدية. ولتنمية هذا الحس واكتساب القدرة على الحكم والتفكير السليم، عليه أن يقرأ أعمالاً أدبية رفيعة المستوى من مختلف الجوانب. ولكي تتاح للطفل فرصة قراءة مثل هذه الأعمال، ينبغي لمرشديه والكبار من حوله، وكذلك مجتمعه وأمته وبلده ودولته حيثما كان ذلك ممكناً، أن يجمعوا كتّاب بلده وأن يعملوا على إعداد الأدب الذي يحتاج إليه الطفل وتقديمه له.

وانطلاقاً من هذه الرؤية، يقدّم هذا العمل ببليوغرافيا توثّق ما أُنجز للأطفال الكرد في مجالي النشر والإعلام. كما يتضمن أول مجلة كردية للأطفال،  التي صدرت أصلاً باللهجة السورانية، وقد جرى تحويلها إلى الكرمانجية ونشرها إلى جانب نسخها الأصلية.
